In continuation of the second day of their visit, the delegation from the "Global Civilization Initiative Research Center" (GCIRC) held two separate meetings with Mr. Jin Xin, Deputy Minister of the International Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (IDCPC), and Mr. Yu Wei, Deputy Director General of the Bureau of West Asian and North African Affairs of the IDCPC. These meetings involved high-level discussions and the consideration of strategic decisions, serving as a convergence point for the center’s intellectual visions aimed at shaping a more just world.
During the meetings, in-depth discussions were held regarding President Xi Jinping's initiatives, the Chinese model of modernization, and "Socialism with Chinese Characteristics." It was emphasized that this experience has proven that nations can achieve comprehensive development without abandoning their identity or civilization. This model was presented as an inspiration for the countries of the region and the world.
A major part of the discussions was dedicated to interpreting President Xi Jinping's global initiatives, which together form the concept of "Building a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind." Both sides reached a common understanding on a set of proposals and practical decisions aimed at translating these initiatives into the reality of the Middle East, seeking common ground between Chinese civilization and the civilizations of the Middle East.
Mr. Yu Wei and Mr. Jin Xin emphasized that China views the "Global Civilization Initiative Research Center" as a strategic partner in the region. The meetings concluded with a serious commitment to launch a new phase of "intellectual and civilizational" cooperation, aimed at serving peace and shared development for all of humanity.
